1 1/2 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
0 3/4 cup  chopped apples
6 tbsp  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
3 tbsp  sour cream, nonfat
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Toss the chicken, apples, celery, and pecans in a large bowl.
  2. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, and white pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and toss to mix.
  4. Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours prior to serving.
  5. Use as a sandwich filling, serve over a bed of fresh salad greens, or use to fill a cantaloupe half.
