Ingredients Directions
  1. Bring the beans, broth, onion, chilies, cumin, garlic, oregano, and white pepper to a boil over high heat in a 2 1/2-quart pot. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove 1/2 cup of the beans and place in a small dish. Mash the beans with a fork and return to the pot.
  3. Add the chicken to the pot, raise the heat, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Top with the cheese and sour cream and serve hot.
