Ingredients Directions
  1. Combine in a small bowl, crushed peppercorns, salt, and thyme. Sprinkle over turkey, rub in with your fingers. Place turkey in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Add chicken broth and wine.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Remove turkey and place on a serving platter. Spoon some of the cooking liquid over the turkey. Discard remaining cooking liquid. Serve.
