3 each  fresh green onions
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 lb  extra lean top round steak
2 tsp  vegetable oil
8 oz  broccoli slaw
1 1/2 cup  snow peas
1 each  small red bell peppers
2 tbsp  hoisin sauce
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
2 cup  cooked long grain brown rice
  1. In large resealable bag, combine green onions, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper, and 2 garlic cloves. Add beef. Seal the bag and turn to coat. Chill 30 minutes.
  2. In large skillet or wok, over medium-high, heat vegetable oil. Add remaining garlic clove and sauté 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  3. Add beef and stir fry 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove beef from pan and keep warm.
  5. Add remaining vegetable oil to wok and heat over medium high. Add slaw mix, snow peas, and bell pepper and cook 5-7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender
  6. Add hoisin sauce. Add beef back to wok. Cook 2-3 more minutes until thoroughly heated.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or cellophane noodles, if desired.
