1 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp  lowfat milk
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Stir all the ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.
