3 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
10 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
1 lb  fresh mushrooms
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley and cook, stir often.
  2. Add mushrooms and toss over high heat just until beginning to soften, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
