2 cup  Wheat, bulgur, cooked
1 tbsp  minced onion
2 each  eggs
1 cup  bread crumbs
1 pinch  ground oregano
1 pinch  black pepper
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 cup  Juice, tomato, canned, org
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together bulgur, onion, eggs and bread crumbs. Season with oregano and pepper. Form mixture into walnut-sized balls.
  2. Lightly coat a large frying pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Add balls and cook until brown on all sides. Add tomato juice, cover pan, and simmer for 5 minutes (if pan is dry, add extra juice). Serve in a shallow serving dish with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
