0 1/2 lb  soft tofu
4 each  fresh avocado
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  soy milk
  1. Peel and remove pit from avocados.
  2. In medium serving bowl, blend tofu, avocados, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and soy milk with fork or masher.
  3. Serve immediately or chill up to 30 minutes.
