14 1/2 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
8 oz  cooked crab
1 cup  mayonnaise
2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0.125 tsp  white pepper
0 1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl, blend artichoke hearts, crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Reserve 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Coat 1 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spread dip into baking dish, sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot.
