  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place pita bread on baking sheet.
  3. Cut tomatoes into 1/4" slices.
  4. Place one-fourth of tomatoes on each piece of bread, stopping 1/4" before edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tomatoes, followed by gorgonzola cheese, scallions, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pizzas begin to brown.
  7. Transfer to cutting board, cut each pizza into 6 wedges. Serve hot.
