  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place pita bread on baking sheet.
  3. Spread one quarter of tomatoes over each piece of bread, stopping 1/4 inch before the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tomatoes, followed by gorgonzola cheese, scallions, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and pizzas begin to brown.
  6. Transfer to cutting board, cut each pizza into 6 wedges. Serve hot.
