1 cup  oat bran
0 1/2 cup  Flour, pastry, whole wheat, stone ground
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
2 tsp  sugar
1 3/4 cup  low fat buttermilk
1 each  eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix oat bran, flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Add buttermilk and egg. Stir well with wire whisk.
  4. Spray large griddle or nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Preheat to medium.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet and spread into a 4-inch circle for each pancake. Cook for about 1-1/2 minutes until top is bubbly and the edges are dry. Flip and cook for 1 minute until second side is golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately or keep warm in preheated oven.
