0 1/4 cup  Blueberries, fresh
Directions
  1. Place half of the apple chunks in a glass parfait dish or cereal bowl.
  2. Top uniformly with half of the cottage cheese and the blueberries.
  3. Add the rest of the cottage cheese and the leftover apple. Serve immediately.
