Ingredients Directions
  1. Pour off and save the liquid from the artichoke hearts.
  2. Rinse and drain the artichokes.
  3. Process all the ingredients and 1 tablespoon of the saved artichoke liquid in a food processor or blender until very smooth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate, and serve over salad greens.
