Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly coat 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In medium bowl, combine coconut extract, coconut cream, juice, and baking mix until well blended.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Sprinkle tops of cookies with coconut flakes.
  6. Bake 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
