1 each  cooking spray
7 tbsp  fat free sour cream
1 cup  reduced fat baking mix
0 1/2 cup  powdered sugar
1 tbsp  fat free milk
1 tbsp  sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray 2 cookie sheets with non-fat cooking spray, set aside.
  3. In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients (except granulated sugar) and mix together with a spatula.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle tops lightly with granulated sugar.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden brown.
