Ingredients Directions
  1. Poke holes into potatoes with a fork. Microwave potatoes for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Cut potatoes into bite-size chunks, leaving skins on. Put in freezer for 2 to 3 minutes to cool.
  3. In the meantime, mix garlic, salad dressing and chives together until well blended in a large serving bowl.
  4. Gently stir potatoes, cheese, and bacon bits into dressing.
  5. Serve as is or microwave 3-4 minutes.
