Ingredients Directions
  1. To prepare, put spinach in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Drain the juice from the mandarin oranges into another bowl. Set oranges in can aside.
  3. With a whisk, briskly mix the drained mandarin juice, bacon bits, fat free sour cream and sugar until well blended.
  4. Toss spinach with dressing. Garnish salad with orange segments, croutons and onions.
