  1. To prepare, heat Sprite in microwave on high for one minute.
  2. Using a large bowl, briskly stir gelatin into hot Sprite. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Drain juices from cherries and oranges into gelatin. Stir until well mixed.
  4. On a dinner plate, smash cherries with a potato masher. Add sweetener to smashed cherries and stir until well mixed.
  5. With a whisk, briskly stir sweetened cherries, oranges, Cool Whip Free, and chopped walnuts into gelatin until well mixed.
  6. Pour into a glass serving bowl (so you can see the pretty layers). Refrigerate until firm.
