  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray.
  3. Roll biscuit into a 3 1/2 inch to 4 inch length by 1 inch width.
  4. Lay one cheese strip down the center of biscuit. Wrap biscuit around cheese slice. Pinch dough at seam to seal seam closed. Press top of bread stick into Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place bread sticks on prepared cookie sheet, Parmesan cheese side up. If desired, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes or until tops are light golden brown.
