1 1/4 lb  Broccoli, fresh
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/2 cup  seedless raisins
4 oz  Nuts, peanuts, dry roasted, salted
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  Sour Cream, nonfat
1 tbsp  honey
1 pinch  ground ginger
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Peel the outer skin from the broccoli stalk and discard it.
  2. Chop the stalks into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Cut the tops into small florets.
  4. Toss the broccoli, onions, raisins, and peanuts in a large bowl, mixing well.
  5. To make dressing, stir the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl, mixing well.
  6. Add the dressing mixture to the broccoli mixture and toss to mix.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight prior to serving.
