1.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
4 each  fresh green onions
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, cheddar, fat free, shredded
0 3/4 cup  low fat buttermilk
3 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and mustard. Stir in onions and cheese.
  3. Mix buttermilk and oil, stir into flour mixture until soft dough forms.
  4. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto cooking spray coated cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
