10 1/2 oz  Tofu, extra firm, silken, light, 1" slice
3 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
0.125 tsp  almond extract
0 1/2 cup  soy milk
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor; process until smooth. Add soymilk a teaspoon at a time if mixture is too thick to blend well. Place in a covered container; refrigerate until chilled.
