1 cup  cold water
0 3/4 tsp  agar flakes
0.3333 cup  honey
10 oz  Tofu, extra firm, silken, light, 1" slice
0 3/4 cup  light soy milk
0 1/2 tbsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Using a small saucepan, mix together water and agar. Stir over medium-high heat until it starts to simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour into a blender with remaining ingredients; blend until very smooth. Freeze according to ice-cream maker directions. Let soften at room temperature before serving.
