1 lb  Mushrooms, fresh, large
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  peanut oil
1 tsp  sesame oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
  1. Place mushrooms in large plastic bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag. Close bag securely and shake to coat mushrooms with marinade.
  2. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. (Mushrooms will absorb marinade.)
  3. Thread mushrooms onto skewers. Grill or broil mushrooms 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
