1 each  cooking spray
2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cup  white whole wheat flour
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.6667 cup  Raisins, seedless
1 each  eggs
3 tbsp  canola oil
0 3/4 cup  unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
0.3333 cup  brown sugar
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F. Lightly coat cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, oats, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Add raisins, toss.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk egg, applesauce, canola oil, vanilla, and sugars.
  4. Fold egg-sugar mixture into flour-oat mixture, 1/3 at a time, mixing well.
  5. Drop by tablespoonful onto prepared cookie sheet, about 2" apart.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Using metal spatula, transfer cookies to cooling rack.
  8. When cool, store in airtight container.
