1 lb  Pork, shoulder, whole, raw
0 1/2 lb  ground beef (5% fat)
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tbsp  brown sugar
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground allspice
1 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
1 pinch  kosher salt
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Remove all fat from pork. Cut into 1" cubes.
  3. In food processor, chop meat to your desired consistency.
  4. Add ground beef, garlic, brown sugar, pepper, allspice, marjoram, and salt.
  5. Form into patties, links or put into casings.
  6. Place on grill and cook 15 minutes, turning once.
