0 1/2 cup  cold water
0.125 cup  Flour, potato
0 3/4 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 tsp  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  fresh chopped celery
  1. In covered microwave-safe container, cook chopped mushrooms (and the onion and celery, if using) on high for 2 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Add enough water to mushrooms so total volume is equal to 1 cup.
  3. In blender or food processor, add mushroom mixture and potato flour. Process until well blended and creamy.
  4. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until soup reaches desired consistency.
