Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 11x17-inch jelly-roll pan with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients (except frosting) with a spatula until well mixed.
  3. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Microwave frosting for 15 - 25 seconds until melted. Drizzle over snack cake.
