1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  fat substitute
1 cup  powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  chopped dates
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray cookie sheets with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix fat substitute and sugar together until well blended . Slowly stir in flour. (Dough will be very stiff.) Stir in chopped dates.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten dough by hand to 1/4-inch to 1/3-inch thick.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
