1 each  egg whites
0.3333 cup  Syrup, pancake, reduced calorie
1 cup  reduced fat baking mix
0 1/4 cup  packed dark brown sugar
1 tbsp  powdered sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray two cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except powdered sugar together with a spatula until well mixed.
  3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees F for 4 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle or sift top of cookies with powdered sugar.
