8 oz  fresh strawberries
4 oz  fat free cream cheese
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat sour cream
1 tbsp  sugar
1 pinch  grated orange peel
  1. In food processor or blender, process strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in sour cream, strawberry puree, and sugar.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Garnish with orange peel if desired.
