Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground turkey, sour cream, oregano, and scallion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Light the grill or preheat the broiler. Shape the beef mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties.
  3. Grill or broil 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted buns.
