16 oz  plain yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  fresh basil leaves
  1. Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels, spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes. Scrape yogurt into a bowl using a rubber spatula.
  3. Add basil, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well. Garnish with fresh basil sprig, if desired.
