3 each  Mango, fresh, whole
3 each  Kiwi, fresh, medium, FDA
1 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
  1. In a large bowl combine mangoes, kiwi, red pepper, onion, lemon juice, salt, and ground red pepper.
  2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve salsa with pork, chicken, or fish.
