1 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  honey
3 tbsp  unsalted butter
0 1/4 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
1 each  package baker's yeast
2 1/2 cup  Flour, all purpose, unbleached, enriched
1 cup  cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp  salt
0.6667 cup  Cheese, cheddar, low sodium, shredded
  1. Using the light crust setting on your breadmaker, add all the ingredients into your machine in the order suggested by the manual, except for the cheese.
  2. Bake on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Add the cheese at the beeper, or after the first kneading, whichever comes first.
