3 cup  low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
6 each  scallions
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 3/4 tsp  salt
  1. Place all dip ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until smooth using on/off pulses and scraping down the bowl once or twice.
  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
