1 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/4 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
3 1/2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
Directions
  1. Combine in a small bowl the cumin, salt, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken pieces and rub in with your fingers.
  2. Pour chicken broth into a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker. Add chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
