1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tsp  dried basil
1 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 floz  garlic cloves, chopped
3 1/2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 cup  chicken broth, low sodium
0 1/2 cup  crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. In a small bowl combine the lemon peel, basil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Sprinkle lemon peel mixture over chicken pieces, rub in with your fingers.
  3. Place chicken pieces in a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker. Add chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. Transfer chicken to a serving platter. Discard cooking liquid.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with feta cheese and parsley.
