2 tbsp  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp  ground sage
1 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  Mustard, honey, whole grain
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 each  lean lamb loin chops
  1. In a small bowl, combine oil, water, balsamic vinegar, sage, onion, lemon pepper, mustard, and red pepper. Brush lamb chops with mixture. Broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source about six minutes per side or until doneness.
