Pork Chops
1 1/2 lb  whole loin lean pork chops
2 tbsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  orange juice
2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes

2 each  medium oranges
1 each  medium cucumber
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
Pork Chops
  1. In large resealable plastic food storage bag, add oil, pork, lime and orange juices, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper flakes.
  2. Seal bag and gently turn to evenly distribute marinade. Refrigerate 2-24 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high, or preheat oven broiler.
  4. Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade.
  5. Grill or broil pork 6 - 8 minutes per side. Serve with salsa.
  1. In small bowl, combine oranges, cucumber, onion and cilantro. Toss lightly.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight. Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt just before serving.
