1 each  onion soup mix
0.3333 cup  olive oil
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 1/2 lb  extra lean top round steak
  1. In large plastic food bag or 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, blend onion mix, oil, and vinegar. Add steak, turning to coat. Close bag, or cover, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  2. Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.
  3. Slice meat thinly across the grain.
