4 serving  Beef, top loin, strip steak, raw, 1/4" trim
0.3333 cup  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
4 1/2 tsp  honey
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, large, whole
  1. Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, hot pepper sauce and pepper.
  2. Place beef steaks and onion slices on grid over medium coals; brush both with mustard mixture.
  3. Grill 9 to 12 minutes, turning once and brushing with mustard mixture.
