3 tbsp  packed brown sugar
1 tbsp  mustard seed
1 tbsp  coriander seeds
1 tbsp  black peppercorns
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 lb  Beef, top round steak, raw
1 pinch  vegetable oil
1 pinch  salt
  1. Using a blender or food processor, place sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, peppercorns, and garlic.
  2. Process until seeds and garlic are crushed. Rub beef with oil, pat on spice mixture. Season generously with salt.
  3. Lightly oil hot grid to prevent sticking. Grill beef on covered grill over medium low heat 16 to 20 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness, turning once.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
