Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut 2 ½ inch rounds out of bread slices with cookie cutter (remaining bread can be used for croutons or soft or dry bread crumbs).
  3. Press bread rounds firmly into 16 greased mini muffin cups.
  4. Spray bread generously with cooking spray.
  5. Bake until browned and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
