Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and chopped peanuts. Stir in butter until combined.
  2. Reserve 3 tablespoons of the mixture and set aside.
  3. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of a 2 quart square baking dish. Cover and chill while preparing filling.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually stir in 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl whisk together 2 cups milk and pudding mix until combined. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread over graham cracker crust in pan.
  7. Drop peanut butter mixture in small mounds on top of pudding. Using a thin metal spatula or table knife, gently swirl peanut butter mixture into pudding.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  9. Cover and chill about 2 hours or until set. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes.
