8 oz  sour cream
3 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
2 each  fresh green onions
1 tbsp  fresh basil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. In small bowl, mix sour cream, roasted red pepper, green onion, basil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Stir before serving.
