Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook linguini according to instructions on package.
  2. While linguini is cooking, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
  3. Sauté garlic until light brown.
  4. Add the liquid from the clams, spinach, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat and cook covered until spinach is wilted.
  6. Add clams and cook another 2 minutes; stir as needed.
  7. Drain linguini and transfer to a large serving bowl.
  8. Add the clam and spinach mixture immediately and mix together.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
