1 3/4 cup  Baking Mix, dry
0 1/2 cup  yellow cornmeal
0 1/2 cup  Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
1 oz  honey
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough forms, beat 30 seconds.
  3. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix.
  4. Gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball, knead 10 times. Roll or pat out 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with additional honey, if desired.
