8 each  chicken drumsticks, raw
8 each  chicken thighs
1 tsp  sugar
4 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh lemon peel
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Remove skin and all visible fat from chicken, and place in 13" x 9" glass baking dish. Discard skin.
  2. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, lemon zest, and garlic. Blend mixture well and pour over chicken.
  3. Turn to coat., cover and place in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Lightly coat grill grates with cooking spray and heat grill to medium-high.
  5. Place chicken 4 inches from heat source and grill 20 - 30 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with fork.
