4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 g  fresh mint
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 cup  Couscous, cooked
1 each  fresh green onions
1 oz  fresh mint
  1. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
  2. In blender, purée mint leaves, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, garlic, chilli powder, and pepper.
  3. Pour over chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium.
  5. Remove chicken and place chicken on the rack of uncovered grill. Discard marinade.
  6. Grill 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Turn once.
  7. If desired, serve over hot cooked couscous, or with grilled green onions and garnish with additional mint leaves.
